House Rules & Guest Guidelines
We want you to have a comfortable and memorable stay with us. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines during your time at the property:
Important Points to Note:
1. No loud music after 9:00 PM to maintain peace and respect for neighbors.
2. Children must not be left unattended around the pool area.
3. Pool timing is strictly from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
4. Property manager will be available for assistance, but only during working hours.
5. The maximum number of guests allowed must be followed as per booking.
6. Daily cleaning will be done, and linens will be changed on alternate days.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.
8. A refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in. Any damage or loss will be adjusted from this deposit.
9. The property management reserves the right to cancel bookings if necessary.
